Smoked Sausage and Pepper Skillet
Ingredients
1 package Polish Kielbasa
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 cup sliced orange bell pepper
1/2 white onion
6 oz dry brown wild rice
Crushed red chili flakes

Directions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Slice sausage into coins and heat in a large skillet over high for 2 minutes or until browning starts.
Add the peppers and onions and cook for an additional 3 minutes over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and toss in the rice. Heat for an additional 5 minutes, stirring often. Finish with red chili flakes.
