Turn sliced bread into sandwich perfection with Hillshire Farm® Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, creamy aioli, and yellow tomato slices.
6 slice Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
2 slice mixed seeded/sesame country sourdough bread
1 slice monterey jack cheese
3 tbsp mayonnaise or aoli
1/2 1 avocado, sliced
3 slice yellow tomato
1 leaf of green, frilly green or butter lettuce
1 pinch salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Spread one slice of bread with half the mayonnaise. Top with the sliced avocado and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Ruffle the turkey slices over the top. Add cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.
Spread remaining mayonnaise on the second slice of bread and place, mayo side down.
